Reyna's mission is to decrease stress, point-blank. Reyna teaches a restorative mindfulness practice in a variety of local and online settings. Her pioneered GLOW Method is a distilled knowledge of mindfulness and simplified step-by-step method that can be deployed at any moment of stress. She aims to reach 1,000 souls with her private coaching practice.
Reyna's career spans a decade in clinical healthcare, with professional partnerships including Kaiser Permanente and UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. She received her Bachelor's in Biology and Medical Anthropology at UNC Chapel Hill. Though her professional career began in primary care, Reyna quickly oriented towards behavioral health after she witnessed that small behavioral changes can transform a patient's health outcomes!
Reyna joined an exciting team at UC San Diego’s Center for Integrative Health and received qualification to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She sat on intensive 5-day silent retreats and grounded the proper technique. Her mentors include Beth Mulligan, student of Jon Kabat-Zinn, widely regarded as the founding father of mindfulness.

Reyna was changed after she saw that a strong mindfulness practice allows us to cultivate greater intuition, or sense of inner guidance. While still working in clinical healthcare, she received her Reiki Master's certificate at Soul Star Holistic Health Institute in Denver, CO and studied with the shamans of Bliss Eden in Tulum, Mexico. Reyna is an advocate of intuition as a healing modality and provides structured guidance for cultivating intuitive skill.
In 2023 Reyna stepped away from clinical healthcare to help others relieve stress through mindfulness and intuition. Leveraging her professional background in biology, mindfulness, and shamanic practice, she developed a 9-week evidence-based curriculum called the GLOW Method. She teaches in both corporate and individual coaching settings.

With specialty working in trauma-affected populations, such as those of the Colorado Coalition of the Homeless, the Center For Autism & Related Disorders, and the Colorado Refugee Services Program, Reyna centers the diverse experience of her students in her teaching.
